Pro Audio Torrents has a zero tolerance policy to any forms of abusive language and behaviour indirectly or directed at the staff. This policy is in effect in all areas of Pro Audio Torrents were written communication is used to inform, help or guide any user. If a user uses any form of abusive behaviour towards any member of staff all forms of communication will be stopped, this is not open for debate and will be effective immediately. If the abuse carry's on at Pro Audio Torrents or any other place on the Internet your account could be banned on a permanent basis and any other account you try start at Pro Audio Torrents.

The staff of Pro Audio Torrents will try and answer all your support enquiry's as soon as possible. Please be aware that the staff are all voluntary and it may take up to 7 working days for you to get a reply and sometimes can be a bit longer due to what the staff have going on in their day to day lives. All support tickets that have answers in the forums, FAQ's, and rules will be ignored or answered with a link and the ticket closed.You would need to reply within 48hours after our first reply and if we do not hear from you within 48 hours your ticket might be closed.
